Jack Terrell is President and CEO of California Mortgage Advisors, Inc. Over the course of the past three decades; he has played an instrumental role in propelling the growth of the company into a large-scale brokerage firm that offers a wide range of loan programs and products catering to the financing needs of borrowers and investors alike. As an originator, Jack has been consistently recognized as a Top Originator in the United States, having personally originated over 2,500 transactions that have resulted in more than $1 Billion in loan volume. He prioritizes building trust with his clients and ensuring attention to detail throughout the transaction process, resulting in a smooth experience from start to finish. As a manager, he advocates positive organizational values and cultivates a supportive work environment. He emphasizes each team member’s importance and encourages their active participation to create a culture of collaboration and mutual goal attainment centered on providing excellent service.

With more than 30 years of experience in mortgage lending, Scott is responsible for accounting and investor relations. Scott is an active member of several Mortgage Lending Associations. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
