Jack Terrell is President and CEO of California Mortgage Advisors, Inc. He has helped grow the company over the past 20 years from a small mortgage brokerage to a mid-sized mortgage banking firm. Jack has been recognized as a Top Originator in the U.S. many times during his years as an originator. He has personally originated over 2,500 transactions for over $1 Billion in loan volume as a loan officer. Currently he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company and works with the upper management team to increase efficiencies and workflow using technology and detailed polices and procedures to create a seamless flow for loan files from origination to funding. Jack and his team believe in making the experience for both the loan originators and borrowers as smooth as possible in this heavily regulated industry. Providing a positive work environment and making every employee feel that they are important to the team, as well as having their voice heard has helped create a culture of great people working together with a common goal, Excellent Service.

Scotsman Guide has ranked Robert as one of the Top 100 Originators in the country after originating over $151 million in total annual production. With 20 years of industry experience, Robert has developed Loan Officer Systems that have helped him close on nearly 95% of his pipeline.

With more than 25 years of experience in mortgage lending, Scott is responsible for accounting and investor relations. Scott is an active member of a number of Mortgage Lending Associations. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
